Zouk-Fusion Workshop

October 17, 2026 Madrona MindBody Institute, Port Townsend

An afternoon of Brazilian Zouk with Rachel Leigh Farley — two workshop units, then an evening fusion dance that is included with every workshop ticket. Paid workshop participants also get a free Lunch 'n' Learn with Rachel before the event! Bring your own snacks and be part of a "brain talk" about the neuroscience of social dance, how it reduces stress, and tools to regulate our nervous systems during social dances.

WORKSHOPS

Embody Brazilian Zouk from the ground up. Hour 1 will be a solo exploration of footwork and technique. Hour 2 will be applications in partnership.
